"Stargazer"

Please keep the laughter to a minimum - - this is it, slide and all! Our house for the weekend - we are heading to Lake Cumberland in Burnside, KY for a weekend getaway for my dad's 53rd Birthday Extravaganza! Dad, Eric, Malinda, Doug, Tina, Jeff, Corena, Hizar and I will be living the 80's high life in this thing for 4 days. Eric is the "El Capitan", at least that's what he's calling himself - so please pray for us :) Although I'm not too worried, Eric's pretty trustworthy, and he did type out a pretty sweet powerpoint for all of us - telling us all the necessary details for the weekend.

I leave tomorrow night after my class for my 3rd trip to Indy this month. Eric, Hizar and I will wake up early Friday morning and make our way to KY - stopping first before we get there to take care of a few things. The rest of the crew is heading out tomorrow night and driving to Cinci and spending the night - meeting up with us Friday sometime. We need food - drink - polls (for fishing) - biodegradable toilet paper...ha! - ipod (or cassettes...whatever) - games (catch phrase please!) - camera (for all those kodak moments) - bathing suits (it's suppose to be 80 and above all weekend!) - and what ever else we think we might need....any suggestions?

I'm excited to spend some time with everyone - not quite sure what we're going to be doing the whole time we're out there...but we all need a getaway right about now. Mel and I are just excited to fish....gotta get food somehow - leave it to us!
