Baking Day!

Every year (okay..starting last year) my mom and I get together with some old friends to do a little bit of baking. Tenile, Tiarra and I have been friends since...well...forever! When we were younger we would pretend to do beauty pageants (crown and all...even a talent portion), do gymnastic routines in their pond on inner tubes, and many more things that I'm pretty sure were caught on tape and will show up in the years to come.

To make a long story short, we baked yesterday. In the end I think there were 5 types of cookies, using 3 ovens, mint chocolate bark, and a new pecan creation that my mom found. It was hectic...but so much fun! We took several pictures, and Julie even brought hats to make the day more fitting with the holiday season. Us girls are exactly like our mothers, which is scary to say the least :)
