Indy Cops - "Protecting and Serving"

So below are 3 pictures from outside my brother's store in downtown Indianapolis.

Can you guess what's going on?

What did you come up with!? If you haven't got a clue, let me please tell you what you see =)

In the first photo you have a cop walking back to his car after a quick lunch, with a bystander - looking through his window and noticing that he has in fact LOCKED his keys in his car. (whoops!) He tries a hanger - - and that doesn't seem to be working. So what does he do? Oh he does what any cop would do in such a serious situation...call backup!

Second picture - You have the "quick to answer the call" backup cop - - and he finds out that he doesn't have the proper tool to fix the situation. So he decides to bring in the big-guns. (And by this time my brother, Eric, is loving his job! He's laughing so hard he can't stand it, and he's only WAITING for the guys to radio in another cop...but though that it would make the story even better if the 3rd car came screeching in with his lights on...)

3rd picture - - Eric got his wish! A third car, lights and all, come in to save the day! So about an hour and a half later the cop finally was able to rescue his keys.
